All rules regarding communication.

As we are always growing it has been identified that communications may become a bit hectic. To avoid messages getting lost we are going to implement a font system.
Messages about being attacked or planning an urgent attack will be written in red font.
Messages about trading resources will be written in green font
This will allow for people to quickly skim read the messages and identify the colours.
